I can’t remember where I ran across A Detailed House, but just the name made me smile, as I myself currently live in a very detailed house. And though at times I yearn for simple bright sunny breezy rooms with white walls, I look around and remind myself to enjoy all the crazy detail in this San Francisco Victorian while we are here. So I chuckle a lot following this blog.
In the midst of a long term project on an amazing house, we learn the details in the details, as much of what gets done is DIY, and there is a lot of research involved. And a lot of sharing of inspiration from everywhere and what is learned along the way. Its light, intelligent, personal and witty. If you like interior design this is a must to round out and provide some diversity to the interior blogs out there today. Highly recommend!
